I can't seem to update to FahCore_78.exe like before. I recently conducted some major switching aroundologizing with my system and redownloaded FAH4 but it just works with the FahCore_65.exe core. I've deleted it and it just re-downloads the same core. Should I be using FahCore_65.exe? Its an Athlon XP system with WinXP Pro...

FAHCore_68.exe indicates you are working on a Tinker unit. On an Athlon, that doesn't carry the same penalty as Tinkers do on PPC. Gromacs are somewhat faster on x86, but not wildly so. Let it finish that work unit, the next one may be a Gromacs - which uses FAHCore_78.exe
