How long does one of these WU take to complete.

I've been letting this baby churn out from evening till dawn for the past few days and it will be finishing up tonight. I started the WU this past weekend, it seems kind of slow. I'm not sure if I'm doing anyhting wrong. I'm running the CLI version and it takes 100% of my cpu.

As a comparison, on my old G4 seti took around 7 hours, so I was expecting somthing similar.

Expect all you want, folding is a different beast. With folding@home there are two types of units; units that use the Tinker core, and units that use the Gromacs core. The Tinker units suck, they're very complex and most take a lot longer than other units. I had one that took 5 or so days (though it seemed like longer) on this G4 733. but you get tons of points for those suckers. The Gromacs units take much less time but aren't worth as many points. I'd like to say that I finish about 1.5 Gromacs units every day on this same G4 733.

From one of my machines currently working on a Tinker unit:
Code:
[20:38:56] TINKER: Software Tools for Molecular Design
From one of my machines currently working on a Gromacs unit:
Code:
[13:42:16] Folding@home Gromacs Core
