As this is DC related, please don't bash me. I know it fits the OS X forum but only DC'rs can validate this for me.

SystemUIServer is eating up to 5% of my CPU and I think it is from a combination of the latest Java update and D2OL. 5% is enough to notice cutting into my production, small as it is

This thread - http://forums.macnn.com/showthread.p...hreadid=160756 - references other reasons for SysUIServ to go bats.

Can anyone running the lastest Java and D2OL see if their SysUI is "active"? I have another 10.3.5 box w/out the Java update running D2OL and it is NOT exhibiting this behaviour. I have APE, ClearDock and ShapeShifter running also. The other 10.3.x box has none of these.

Thanks in advance.

Turn off APE, ClearDock, and ShapeShifter. See if it stops eating CPU.
