Which core engine version should I use?

The

Seti@home-G5-a5, 720 KB modified Sept 17, 2005
from

Takes about an hour and a half to compile a file.

or the

setiathome_4_3_ppcG5.altivec 1.2 MB modified Sept 7, 2004

This one is running incredibly fast, compiles a file in 7 to 10 minutes.
