I'm on an intel mac and I want to make sure that whichever BOINC project my intel mac is working on is running efficiently.

I believe they are all universal now. However, you can easily tell. While running it, just open your activity monitor. The "Kind" column should show Intel. If it shows PPC, you know it is running under Rosetta (not universal).

Awesome tip! I've never noticed that before because my window wasn't big enough.
