Peekaboo from Clarkwood Software. I don't know what it does for OS X (nothing probably), but for pre-OS X it allows you to adjust the portion of your processor's time to various programs. While it doesn't actually decrease CPU time per WU, it does decrease the real time per WU so that you get more packets per week.

Very useful program. I didn't find it all that useful for adjusting RC5's processor use - if I didn't have anything else running, RC5 stayed around 90-95%.
The CPU use graph was very very useful though. And the Active Ticks meter - see what software is draining time away from the precious RC5 client.[/LIST]
