I know alot of the G4 users like myself get a nice boost when running the 7450 Client in OS 9, but many of us don't use os 9 at all. I need a OS X client, when does everyone see it comming out?

Will this new client help my 7400's? Or is it just a 7450 update?
I'm still running OS 9, but it looks like I may shift over to OS X full-time soon. Drivers for my Intellimouse Explorer are due this week or next and I'll be getting Office X soon too.

Can't see it hurting. Do you know when the mouse drivers are due this week? Waiting on drivers for my trackball

Dunno specifics about the drivers(I talked to him on Thursday and he said "next week"), but I've still got the guy's direct number and if they aren't out this week I'm calling him direct... might even put his number up here.
I want all my buttons to work again.

Hi,
I'm running an iBook 466, and have found that the new client for ar more stable. The last one would not let my screen turn back on when I set it to turn off instead of dim, but now, I can run it 24 hrs a day, with no probs!
Dave.

I downloaded that new clinet for my my iMac 500. Wow. I went from 114,000 K/sec to 1,200,000 keys/sec or so.
I just realized something though...
The original client I was running on was for 68K computers. 68030s and 68040s like old Macs right? And the PowerPC doesn't run code for those processors natively... so I was running the wrong software, quick and simple. The new client I put ijn is for PPC and OS 9.
