I have a dual G4 500 and when I only run ubero I can view that it only uses about 100% of my CPU, compared to RC5 which uses 200%. I have no other programs running and the CPU usage is set to 100% in the settings any thoughts of how to max it out?

you have to install it twice to use both procs.
name the 2nd agent something else though.
You can't just copy the folder.
