Checked TCP's site... they were calling for everyone to jump on Ubero for 5 days starting tomorrow... we'll see if we get hit. Everyone keep an eye on the stats eh?

Don't worry we will be fine. :-)
BTW, I just moved my Seti WUs over to Team MacNN as the old team I was on died. Not much but a nice help. I got 4 others to agree to do so too. Let's hope they do.

Ya guys, let's make sure to watch out for this. I'd hate for us to loose our dramatic lead...

I've been watching TCP for any sign of a powerup. So far: nothing on their news, in their forum, or their stats. One guy has been optimizing, but otherwise, no powerup yet. Maybe John will post something tonight.

Everything helps. Most people use much the same password for many different things. Try a bunch of passwords you use elsewhere, see if one of them does the trick. (this will work only if you changed the random default password)

Another option is to dig back through your email boxes. SETI had to have sent the password for you to have forgotten it. If you cleaned it out, check your deleted email box. Then check your backups from that time, or other machines that might have been used for checking your email at the time. Could you have printed it out maybe?

You could also try sending the guys at SETI an e-mail telling them your dilemma. They might be able to check your IP address or ask you some questions or something of the sort.

It's worth a try...

Also, if the e-mail that you used to have was a hotmail account that expired... you could always try re-activating it...

SETI passwords are available thru http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/account_area.html . They'll email you the password, assuming that the email address still works.
If you put a bullseye on yourself, don't be surprised when someone takes a shot at you.

Hmmm!! So far no big response from TCP. It is almost dissappointing, but then again, they could be planning a sneak attack. Currently we are still outproducing them 2.5 to 1, even with their improved production. Our lead is more than 265,000. Guess I can leave my computers on Folding for now. I will keep an eye on ubero though, just in case.

It looks like we are suffering on the SETI front.

Good thing, since I checked my stats and 3 of my 4 clients had been stalled since Monday!

Well I guess there's no challenge. We are gaining units about 3.4x their rate. Bye Bye!
