At the moment I'm running both RC5 and dfold on my 800DP. However, even with RC5 not running, dFold raely takes more than 95% of the available processor cycles. When RC5 finishes (must be soon now!) would it be false economy to run 2 instances of the dFold client, or could I theoretically nearly double production?

Just wondering, and really a moot point since RC5 is still going, but it can't be too bad to plan ahead!

Cheers,

Marc

Yes it would be worth it. Have you tried running it in quiet mode to reduce the cycles used by the terminal?

I think it will be a little while longer before RC-5 finishes up.

I run the terminal hidden all the time...I had a look at the -qt posts in the other threads but not being too terminal/Unix savvy decided to give it a miss for now...

As for RC5, I think you may be right, although I'm hoping my 1 in 25,000 chance may come through
