Is anybody else folding? I just started and joined on with MacNN because I figured this group would jump straight to the top. I should start working with Miss Cleo or something because I was right. The team has moved up about 17 spots in the last 2 DAYS!

What is the average time to complete for one work unit for everybody? I've done two, both at about 20 hours I think they were the smaller proteins though because I only got .6 credit. I'm running the GUI on a new iMac with it minimized.

Is anybody running the CLI version? Is is faster?

With some heavy crunching and new members(like me) the team should be in top 100 in no time.

Once the current protein is crunched try relaunching the client and DO NOT select show protein from the menu. The client will run just fine. If you have doubts just open terminal and type [top] [enter] at the prompt the client will be the one hogging the cycles. The client runs better for me this way as well. When you launch the window even if it is minimized the window will take cycles. Leave the hard drive spinning for the client to work best. My systems tend to go to sleep if I sleep the display and sleep the hard drive at night.

Hope this helps and good luck!!
This is for a good cause.
