Slipjack,
I want to offically congraulate you for the taking the #1 spot in the
distributed folding project. It has been a pleasure getting my bum beat.
I would like to give you the offical sign to wear while in first place.
I is a sign that consist of concentric red and white circles.
With that said all I would like to let you know "I'll be back."

Have I taken over? I'm still 30k behind I thought... I guess I missed my moment of glory.
Hmm... maybe I can scrounge around and find another machine around here somewhere...

Your rates for the last three days have been greater than mine.
Only a matter of time. Another machine? Adding insult to injury eh?
Got the salt that you want to pour on?
I've got more machines just running out of outlets.

(picture of machines stacked willy nilly, teetering on edge in jbcool's home...)
I won't start bugging the CEO to use his computer unless I REALLY have to.
Actually, I think as soon as this competition's up... I'm going to go dog hunting.

I'am glad to hear you say that. I want to move half the farm over to help on the F@H project to support both efforts but I have been going
full bore on DF project just to try and stay ahead of you.
Might as well borrow the CEOs computer as they are normally the best ones and the least used ones. I don't mind being left in the dust. The project is the real winner.
I can't wait to see what happens to DF once it starts getting more exposure like Screen Savers or other TV coverage. Hoping that F@H or DF project get some help from apple to make our G4 machine really shine.
Yes the computers are stacked on top of each other, in racks, under desks.
Can hardly get the audio equipment in the room anymore.
Have one room that runs about 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house.
Enjoy the race I'm going to push you as hard as I can for the next two weeks.

Interesting you mention that. The heat in my apartment hasn't come on in in a few weeks. My four little computers seem to provide more than enough heat. Gonna have to get another fan for summer though. (Not much air conditioning here in west Washington state. Seldom gets hot enough to need it. )

Winters in my apartment in Fort Worth required no heating even on the coldest days. Only had eight crunchers running there.
Still would rather have the view you have outside instead of the farm behind mine.

I have driven through that area. After a while the cornstalks and wheat all look the same, hour after hour after hour..... Well you get the idea.
Anyone else wants to see some shots of the area where I live, go to http://homepage.mac.com/brdavid/PhotoAlbum4.html Some of the shots are taken right from my apartment balcony.
