What ever command line options are there for dFold besides the amazing -rt?
"It's not like Windows users don't have any power. I think a lot of people are happy with Windows, and that's an incredibly depressing thought." -Steve Jobs
-df extended buffering, will keep going (set it)
-q quiet, you can launch with ./foldit & in order to crunch in the background
there are more, I'll read the readme and post tonight, I just remember those
I do hope everyone who can has -rt set though
From the terminal it's just ./foldit -rt right? The dfold macnn team page has something about example: foldtrajlite -f protein -n native -rt but that won't work for me.

Apple doesn't read these message boards. If you have a complaint or suggestion for OS X send feedback where it will do some good.

my foldit looks like this:
nohup ./foldtrajlite -f protein -n native -df -p -20 -g 0 -rt -qt &
Read the readme1st.txt file in the distribfold folder to see the options.
-p sets the priority
-g sets how often to write to the progress.txt file (0 is never, good for notebooks and machines you want to sleep the hard disk on).
