My new fans came today, so the seti proxy will be offline for 10-20 mins tonight while I install the new fans, and I'll probably clean up the cabling and dust while I'm at it.

All done.
I didn't do any vacuuming, and my cases are still dusty (I don't have any cans of gas), but I went from 2 case fans to 4, and the sound has been reduced!
I added a fan to my main server, and a fan to the seti proxy, and replaced 2 fans with these new quieter ones.
Oh yeah, and my server is probably cooler, too.
