Well, as you probably all know by now, my Ti is dead.
Which means I have to relocate to my G3.
A certain athlon xp 1800 lives in the same room.
I'm very hot.
Therefor, I'm shutting it off.
It's over half of my DF production, probably.
Oh well.
I accept donations for wireless base stations so I can move the sucker
scott@netbooter:~$ uptime
21:44:19 up 26 days, 20:31, 1 user, load average: 0.99, 0.97, 0.91
It was a nice run

Maybe you could find someone lookin for a warmer client, to trade places with.

You have some problems. Oh well. If you want to sell your Ti, I'll buy it for half what it is worth .

What are you people complaining about? I've got a job doing manual labor at 95 degrees at 85% humidity.

I sit in a 67 degree office and play on a computer all day, and make a good living doing it too. It's been hotter than hades here lately (in the 90's, 70%+ humidity), but I try to stay inside when it's like that.

Ah, a weather repot thread! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" />
It's currently 113 degrees in lovely Phoenix Arizona with a dew point of 55 degrees and the barometer is falling. The monsoon may well be on the way for some in the valley to provide relief to those making a living trimming tropical palm trees in the hellish desert weather.
You are correct Scott, it's to phucking hot, but my Mac is still churning. I'll let my water get turned off before the electricy.
RIP

I've still got a few comps going, I only turned 3 or 4 off, nothing much <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />
I'm going to the store in about 10 mins to grab 2 nice floor fans, and I'm going to move a TON of air into my office.
It should cool down a bit in there soon.
