i noticed on the stats page of seti@home that i somehow completed the same unit twice in a row. It just happened to be my fastest unit I've processed by almost an hour, and i got credit for it both times.

So I'm wondering, if u kept a copy of your units u d/l, then figure out which is the fastest on your computer, how long could u keep processing that same unit until they figured out that u were cheating the system?

Just a thought, please don't flame me for dishonesty or ruining a scientific experiment.

They check... you'll get an error that says the w/u has already been processed. I guess they messed up with yours, who knows.
