I've got a couple of non-power PC based Macs just sitting around looking for something to do. So I was wondering if I could put them to use on the SETI project. Is there a client for non-PPC macs? They may be slow, but they're not doing anything and they have all the time in the world.

No there is not, nor is there likely to be. I know the guy who writes the Mac version of the client pretty well - I asked him about this awhile back & he said there are no plans to do so.
