I'm only saying if, not saying that we should. But if we join forces with Team MacAddict, we'd be ahead of M$ and will beat out Team Intel soon...
Looking at the top 10 team graphs though, MacAddict will pass those 2 teams in time...
I'm wondering when we'll actually end up in the top 200 teams of ALL time! I say spring break of next year if we are lucky.

I just quit Team MacAddict to come here.
They update their SETI page very infrequently, about as often as ... ummm, never mind. 
How about we post how many times we have found aliens in our stats bar. I figure one out of every 1,000 gaussians, perhaps. If we are reporting real results here, people will be knocking our Forums door down to join up. We would pass all those other teams, and become a big impersonal team at the top of the rankings. 
On second thought, maybe things are better the way they are. At least we have some chance to be in the top 100 of our own team.

I'd rather prefer Team MacNN, i as well quit Team MacAddict to come here last month.
Just a question, why the hell is our page never updated anymore? I mean we're doing better than Team MacAddict (3/30/00 last update), but ours was more than a month ago.

wlonh, i think he was referring to all categories, we are just 135th in the clubs, if you include the large high tech companies, etc...we're well below 135.

ah yes, thanks iPad... your first post on this subject mentioned 03/03/00 and that threw me, could not figure exactly what you meant...
sorry for the lapse, everyone!! i have submitted an update as of a few minutes ago... i will do one every two weeks or more often if a few of you request it be more often... mea culpa, my plate has been full (and i am a volunteer, my services to you all are unpaid, may i be so bold as to remind you all)... once again, sorry for the lapse and feel free to remind me if any of you detect any further lapses or omissions!

OK! update of page is done!
and it has come to my attention that brock76 has jumped ship... a shame...
i noticed we'd gone from 198 to 197 members but did not know who left... too bad... i wish he'd have told us what his issue was, like you did iPad, maybe we could have accommodated him...
can't fix what ya don't know is broke 
i wish him well even if he is a faithless turncoat, but i wish the rest of you even BETTER!

Oh, we have 199 members now, apparently since your update today, 2 more people have joined, just one more till the 200 mark!

Also what i meant by the 3/30/00 comment was that MacAddict's SETI news page has not been updated since March 30th, 2000. MacAddict is so massive nowadays, over 3000 members, ugh...
ArsTechnica is currently in first place in the Clubs category, they beat Team Art Bell a while back, we're still in 135th place, but we are only trailing behind by less than 200 from 134th place. By tommorrow, we will gain up to the 133 i believe (if we can keep our daily production up) with the other teams daily production in mind as well, we will be past Team Warbirds which is currently in 133rd, just beating us by around 200-300 units.
Top 100 here we come!!
(by the way, if anyone really cares, i have completed 89 units, and my average time per unit (11' 57") is equivelent to the Team's average unit time )
