Has anyone tried running SETI on OS X? SETI has a 3.03 version out that runs on OS X. I tried running it and it's going 1/4th the speed it does in OS X. Anyone having similar problems?

Install the developer tools.
Apparently, they optimize your system.
It is a bug in the OSX installer that will be fixed in the update (or so I have heard), but the dev tools can fix it too.
