How can I get Seti to not crash in OSX, and please give step by step and I know nothing about command lines ect (I am a mac user I shouldn't have to).

my head is still spinning with all the cron jobs and crap that they are saying all I want to know is how Can I get it to work and what do I type into the terminal? and where can I find the RC5 kernal, or what ever it is.
