New SETI Utility

	I have made a new utility to make using SETI a little easier and more fun. It is called "The SETI@Home Time Estimator" and what it does is, with the click of a button, it predicts when SETI will finish the current work unit, and then predicts the total unit time. It is available at http://timeestimator.50megs.com and costs only 200K of disk space. You'll find instructions in the readme at the site. So go over there and try it out! P.S.
