Hey guys, I've had my 2 450 dualies freezing sometime in the middle of the night since I moved to the newest client. (One big reason for my crappy performance recently.) I'm going to try the old client again, but do you know of anything else that might cause that? One machine is 9.2.2, the other is still on 9.0.4.

The new client works fabu.ously on my iMac 500. Much better than the old client, in fact. And no crashes or hangs at all!

I have it running in 9 and X on a dual 800. Perhaps your machine is overheating and freezing up. I'm sure you've checked this, but is your machine being adequately ventilated? Another thing to note is the beta of this version froze up on my machine. This release works fine though. 16.56Mkeys at it's peak.

I've been having the exact same thing happen on my 500 dual machine. The old client didn't exhibit this behavior at all. I'm running 9.2.2 btw.

I'm running it fine under 10.1 CLI. No overheating problems either, and I'm on a Ti 500. I think it gave me 200,000 more keys/sec, but I could be mistaken.
