Since I know so many of you are feeling generous, I figured I'd post a wish list of stuff I want that is related to DC.
Here is it:
- 2 Athlon XP processors, 1700+ model # or higher. Note: must be bought as a pair. If you are feeling really generous I'll take MP chips instead.
Purpose: These will be the processors for the new team stats server, which is going to be a dual processor machine.
- 2 512MB Corsiar DDR2100 registered ECC ram chips.
- 2 really hight quality HSFs for the above processors.
- A powersupply for the system. I'll post the exact one tomorrow.
- 2 ECS K7S5A motherboards. If you want to get em right now, Fry's electronics has them on sale with Athlon xp 1800+ for only $219.
- 2 athlon xp 1800+ or higher chips, for the above 2 motherboards.
- 2 or 3 20GB IBM Deskstar HDs
- 3 3com 903ctxm network cards
I do need a few other things, but these are most of the bigger ones, and I can probably scrape up the cash for most of the rest.
