Due to all the client crashes, I've pretty much shut down ubero on all my computers.
I'll still have a menial force on it, but nothing like my 1000+ days.
Sorry about that.
I'll go back on when the client is stable again. My linuxboxes will stay on, since I can restart them remotely.

i was at the comperitions websites and i found that the whole port 80 thing was being replaced with port 443 because it would prevent the client from crashing when it didnt connect.

is that a airy tail or is it old news?

i wouldnt wanna see your power go, we were outproducing freedc by about 500 assignments until this weekend

I lost agents for reasons other then that though, things that shouldn't have happened. If the clients is fixed and doesn't crash anymore then I'll reinstall it when I come home for spring break. I just was sick of playing games with it. I should still be good for 100-200 per day.

Sorry

Scott,

I hear you on that one! I've "retired" several of my agents which have gone down to unknown reasons (usually the old "sending data to server" message) and put them back on to RC5.

For the agents that seem to survive the intermittent hangups, I've left them as is which will bring me down to about 800 or so units/day.

Cheers.
