Tried posting this elsewhere to no avail, so here goes...
To any knowledgeable peeps out there...I've got a GeoForce 2 card that I need to attach a heatsink to (I purchased it off eBay w/o a heatsink). I've got a heatsink from another G-Force and some silver compound, but as I've never done this before, I'm looking for some "expert advice". Is there anything else I need to do this, like a thermal pad, etc. I'd hate to fry my video card simply due to ignorance, and doing it right the first time seems a lot easier than undoing and redoing it all over again. Any advice or info appreciated. -Vpede.
