ok since my recent move to 10.2 my moniter seems to resize when i restart, and i just happened into a b&w 17" moniter, so i want to hook it up to the imac and disable the imac internal moniter

i know about vmarks thingy to put the imac board in an atx case, but for now i just want to hook it up since i have no real time to play around with anything right now

so im just wondering if you just unplug the vga part of the moniter on the mobo and that will disable it, but im wondering about powering it off, is that possible?

thnx
w3rd..
