Well, I finished what I consider version 1.0 of my Onyx iBook. I originally did the Apple in Shiny Gold but I am going to throw it in some paint thinner and get it clear again....I am also going to do the bottom in black as well....eventually...Enjoy!

Looks good! Yeah, white or red might be better choices than gold. Although it does have the whole rapper's gold-tooth look thing going for it...

Yeah that's the first thing I thought of when it was done an assembled "How Ghetto"....So I'm gonna go with the clear so the light wille shine through it again

Only thing with a black iBook mod is that it will look like an Oreo cookie. (For non-Amercians: Oreos are sandwich cookies composed of two flat round dark artificial chocolate flavor cookies with white cream in between.) To make it a real Onyx iBook, you'll have to paint the middles layer as well.
