I have open my G4 733 and found easily, and the bottom of the machine, the hard disk place. I already have an IBM 40GB disk installed there.

I want to install one more disk, but I saw that the two hard disks
stay very very near of each other.

The new HD will stay few milimeters above the old one, and there is the only place where I can attach the screws!

It is dangerous to have two hard disks too near each other?

I had 2 drives stacking in my old Blue & White G3 and now also in my QuickSilver G4. I've never had a problem.
