I mistakenly pulled something heavy onto my 17 in PB and put a dent in the panel surrounding the keyboard. The part is on order. Has anyone opened this PB and knows the steps? The dealer will not advise the steps and I would like to be warned of difficult steps. Thanks,

Paul
