Those logic boards are silly prices. Like the B&W, you can get a whole machine for that on eBay.
Thats usually the case with Mac bits though.

Yah, those prices are CRAZY!!!
eBay is the only place I know of... I think Apple has a deal with their MOBO manufacturers that basically says they can't resell them.

I've seen a ton on eBay!
Any reason you are looking elsewhere?

Its always worth asking the Americans. Don't be put off by the "ships to US only" bit.
Some of them will say no, but alot just exclude the rest of the world to avoid...Well I dunno, I saw a guy who refused to sell to France once, when they opposed the war last year. I imagine a few others are trying to avoid terrorists....LOL
But they often don't seem to mind us Brits. Don't see why they'd object to you lot.
Its probably a language thing more often than not.
But seriously, its worth asking, I've had a few bargains that way. UK prices are ridiculous in comparison.

They probably just want to avoid being ripped off. If it's in the US, you call the FBI and state police along with the local police.
When shipping internationally, good luck.

Ahh! May be I can tell you fellows something that I heard from ABC Newsradio recently:
In US there is a firm called Shop the States, which provides people live outside of US an US mailing address. It allows you to buy things from US web sites (also eBay) which only ships within US, and then they can repackage you and send it to your actual address!!
I haven't use it myself, so I have absolutely no idea whether the service is good or not (if someone had try it, please post your experience here!), but at least would solve your big "ship to US only" problem.
Hope this helps!

How can a seller get ripped off on eBay?
If they don't pay, you don't send. End of story.
Only buyers can get conned.

Well yes. But if you're stupid, its certainly no-one else's fault.
Unless you've been lobotomised.

Some of us don't want to deal with the various rules for Customs in other countries.

Gee, I wonder what it's like to be repackaged?
Sorry, couldn't resist...
