With the dawn of another free song campain on our hands, we thinking a few things:
1. Sweet, I get a 1 in 3 chance for free songs
2. Sweet, a free ipod mini, 1 in 1000? Does that mean if there is a one in three chance, that 3,000 Pepsi cola's later I get one?
3. I don't really like pepsi at all
Well, I beg people to remember that there was a better way last time to 'hack' the Pepsi bottle itself and see if you have a free tune or *gasp* ipod. Last promotion, people discovered that you could simply tip the bottle abour 20 degrees (?) and then discover if it looked like the loser's repetitive bottle cap or in fact you could see two numbers or letters that made no sense at all... Our 1 in 3 chance became a 1 in 1, and althought only a fraction of those 100million itunes songs were claimed; it is a way to score enough to drink pepsi for a week and possibly get an album or two... maybe three, or iPod Mini.
From the style of the bottle cap, it will probably work the same way. Anyone want to follow up and see if it's a repeat of last campain?
