Hey there, has anybody else noticed the 12+/- connectors mounted on the Logic board of the DMD machines? I tossed two seperate fans on there, and lo and behold they work quite well, i have noticed that there is one near the Processor, most likely was a processor fan, which is variable, and there is another located by the Airport slot, that one seems to pump out the full voltage and runs the fan at a constant rate, if anybody knows if i am just going to be farking my mobo, let me know, cause it would suck, its a work machine and i know i could get it fixed, but i want to know if it's reliable....

any info guys? let me know

Is it really necessary to put more fans into the MDD? I have the FW800 model and fine with the fans even tho I replaced the stock delta fan to a Panasonic 120mm fan.
