Nothing major, but since my IIcx is out of service i figured id use some bits from it in the SE. Used the harddrive (40mb, OS7.1), the 1.44mb floppy, and some of the ram in it. So far so good on this. Last time i did this with the other set of ram from the IIcx it failed, baddly.

And ive had the SE for a little over 5 years now and just figured the cover for the top slot was missing, but after taking it all apart i found that cover in the back of the 800k floppy drive. Got to get some superglue sometime since i dont think tape will hold too long.

Best thing for an SE is the Brainstorm accelerator. no software needed, no caches, just a triple-speed instant boost that also increases hard drive access.
http://www.acarplace.com for cars, http://www.toolpack.com/ for business improvement
http://www.allpar.com for Chrysler, http://www.corolland.com for Toyotas
And all built on Macs (served on Linux!)
