Pretty cool Mac mod.

The Mac mini runs for almost 2 hours. Not bad!

For others than Geekdom --- pretty stupid IMO

Just install Tiger and your 4 GB Microdrive is filled up with the system

not if you don't install the localizations Either way, that's DAMN impressive. In the stock config it sucks between 12 and 18 watts?! Shoot compact fluorescents use more than that!
