take a quicksilver 867mhz processor and use it in a g4 466mhz Digital Audio?

Im selling the parts to my computer and my brother just upgraded his quicksilver processor. I was hoping I could just use his.

You will need to run a 12V line to the "new" fourth screw on CPU card.
