Just wondering if there's anyway to hook up an LED to a hard drive activity light. I just got a fan controller, and it has an input for this function, it'd be nice to get it to work.
Thanks!

Usually the hard drive has two pins that go directly to the LED. Check the pinout diagrams for your hard drive.

nah, it just has an LCD that shows when the HD is being accessed. No real reason other than having more of the LCD actually doing something.

Well the fan controller thingie has a section for it.... so why not make it work? Otherwise it just sits there doing nothing.
