Hi everyone my first post so I'm unsure whether I'm in the right area.

I am after some information on 1 Gb RAM for a 20" G4 iMac: that is suitable makes.

Welcome to MacNN Andrew.

The correct forum for this is the iMac forum. I would recommend searching first thing, especially for common things like RAM upgrades.

Apple's support page for the iMac G4 has the information you need to find the correct RAM.
