Sorry, a little OT, but does anyone know a site that can overclock a Powerbook G4 15" HR-SD?

I think that would be insanely difficult. You might look into an upgrade. Problem is, those are terribly expensive.

This French site was able to overclock their 1-1.5GHz Powerbook. My logic board is different from those PBs. I just want to know where the PLL configs are on the logic board. Or I can get an upgrade from Daystar for $550 .

It's gotta be a G4 mini, what else was there, besides the Intel mini ?

I haven't googled for it, but it's out there, shouldn't be difficult to find.

Since my mini is my primary computer right now and I can't risk damaging it until I buy my Intel Mac, I won't attempt an overclock for a while.

But when I do do it, what are peoples experiences with it? G4 Mac mini. Mine's a 1.25GHz (Lowest end first generation.) model. What are the experiences with upping it to 1.52? Is it much of a noticeable speed increase? Are there problems?

Jasoco....I've overclocked 3 first gen Mac minis. 2 -1.25GHz and 1 -1.42Ghz models. Oddly enough they were all stable at 1.5GHz. I only tried going higher then 1.5GHz with the 1.42GHz, and it would lock up at the Apple screen.

They have all been running fine at 1.5GHz though.

Velocity211....I used that site to overclock my 1.25GHz PB to 1.42 GHz. But after using it for a while I started to get frequent kernel panics. So I clocked it down to 1.33GHz and it has been stable ever since. Do you have a good picture of your logic board?
