Which one will give my G4 DA the best kick? I have 1.5GB RAM and ATI9800Pro. As you may have read in another thread here created by me I had thoughts about 2x1.6 vs 2x1.8. Conclusion was that 2x1.8GHz was an overkill for my old box.

I would look up some benchmarks that show normal use. Memory bandwidth is the problem with these CPUs usually, and L3 cache woud help that alot, btu if the memory bandwidth is good enough, you might want to pick up the 1.6. Either way this machine will benefit from having more, faster memory.
