after having gone through a local garage sale, i came across some an old Performa 6116 and 6118's. No, i didn't get them.

But i DID notice that the model sticker on one of them was slightly peeled off. I didn't have my camera on me at the time, but here's a pic i snagged from a website to show what i'm talking about.... (the 6100-series all had their respective model numbers printed on stickers that were placed on the exact same spot on each CPU cover)

My question is, now that I realized that its a sticker and not part of the plastic CPU cover, does anyone know what kind of tape/adhesive Apple used to make its Mac model stickers? I really, REALLY want to make one that says 6100/G3 (with the same exact material of course).

Don't bully me, I got an Uzi... HOO-HAH!

they're probably special ordered ,but why not just try some of the clear plastic folder labels that can be purchased at office max/staples, etc. then you can trim to fit with an X-acto knife.
