Anyone know of any tutorials for increasing the transmit power of a Macally FMCup? (or any other iPod FM transmitter.)

My pickup doesn't have an aux jack for me to plug in and I don't have the cash to fork over for a new stereo. I do, however, have soldering iron.

Really fresh batteries help, for one. A device that is higher powered than FCC regulations also helps, if you can find one.

It's powered through 12v adapter, no batteries. Oh well, just wondering.
