Best CompactFlash card for a iPod mini?

Now that I have a new iPod, what is a good CF card for a iPod mini. The 16 GB A-DATA card has 3 reviews from iPod mini owners saying that the card worked. Is there any problems with swapping the microdrive out with a CF card?

I'm probably going to replace the battery too, any good deals there?
