Hey wlonh, you should forward all those threads we had going about the "lighted iMac mouse" (and all other mods) into this forum. Can you do that?

i had absolutely nothing to do with the fact that this modification forum was so long in coming... and i had nothing to do with the fact that it is here now, though i am glad it is...

the folks in charge of these matters are very very busy lately, there are things going on in the MacNN background that forum members know nothing of and neither do i and that is as it should be!

and, maybe SOME forum members have noted that there is a wee little conference going on for the past few days... maybe you've heard of WWDC?!?! kind of important, ya know? so MacNN folks are even more BUSY than usual ya dig?

There's no pleasing some people.:

Actually, check out the first post in the so-called DV forum. I read it a dozen times and didn't see Macintosh, Apple, iMac, FCP, iMovie, Quicktime or anything else MacNN related in the question. Now we're clogging up bandwidth with BS that should be directed towards www.dv.com/ or similar.

I smashed a G4 with a sledgehammer, called apple and said it decided it wanted a dent, and they are now sending me a box for free warranty repair

Gawd I love voiding warranties, then a little lie, and I get a new one [/LIST]

I'd never heard of wlonh before this... What's up with his member status? 5000+ posts and only 2 stars? That's whack!

He was one of the "founding fathers" of MacNN. He was the short-fused, VERY knowledgeable arch-enemy of Ca$h and Dragonlance. He left after the OCN incident. If you want more, just search the Lounge archives...Of course, many of his posts pre-date the Lounge's existance.

Speaking of long-gone members, anyone ever heard from Feathers or Anthony again?
