Live can suck , I waited a long time before I had my external CD-RW USB LACIE 4x4x24x. I looked forward to burn CD's with iTunes and Discburner from Apple . But when I used my first CD-R and I wanted to burn my first CD , it stoped after the first track ( and my CD-R was useless ) . When I tried to burn something with discburner I had the same result. When I tried it with Toast ( after a restart and switching some extensions ) it was done in now time. But Toast isn't so good as iTunes. The result of this is that I now after my first day I have 1 broke CD-R, 1 good CD-RW, a CD-writer who only works with Toast. But I like iTunes better so if someone can help me? (please ) or can explaine me the problem , I have a iMac DV ( 400Mhz , 64 MB , 10 GB , Dutch OS 9.1 )

Thanks

Have you got the latest update to iTunes that adds support for more burners?
Is your burner on the list of supported drives at apple.com?

iTunes is crap anyway - I strongly recommend the use of Toast.
