Howdy folks,
I have an old IIsi which is pretty much useless to me. I also have a large SCSI hard drive. I plan to use the IIsi case and power supply to convert this drive to external opperation.
Will this power supply work? I have attempted to figure out the voltages at each pin of the multi-pin connector to enable correct connection. However, I notice that only one pin is active until the computer is switched on. Which pins are switched, and how? Where can I get a schematic for this power supply?

The one with voltage is *PROBABLY* the soft power switch. Which controls On/Off for the supply. Once it is grounded the Powersupply should turn on.

[Hm, the log/pass system to this forum just reduces my activities here...]

There is +5V on the trickle pin which you cannot use for anything except connecting it to the trickle pin which invokes softstart of the powersupply as long as you draw some power from the 5V or 12V circuits.

You wont be able to get a schematic i beg, but you could draw it in an hour, its a small PS ;-) I tried it for several companies wiht several apple power supplies, and none would be able to send me a copy.

You can send me email if you want to, i can send you the pinout of the white connector from the supply.

Red wires are 5V, orange wires have 12V on them. The power Supply can output some 50 Watts or so, enough for 2-3 midrange HDs.
