Uh, I don't know if anyone has asked or answered this question before or not.

I noticed that the PC version Radeon 32MB PCI upgrade card is $90 on outpost.com. The same card for Mac is $200, or $180 with a mail in rebate.

Will the PC version work with my b/w G3/450? My monitor uses a standard VGA connector.

Thanks for any help.

No. Unlike the GeForce cards, the PC and Mac Radeons have different hardware, and can't have the ROM changed to work for the other platform.
