Certainly. Of course, if you had searched the fora, you would already know that.
(I have a 40.5G Western Digital 7200RPM in my Rev B)

Fletch, it will certainly fit and work fine, but it is not necessarily the best choice. IMHO, you would be better served with an ATA-66/7200 rpm drive, and 20gig is not very large by todays standards. I have had a 20 gig in my rev D for about a year and a half now, and it is time to upgrade again.

You may also want to consider the reported problems alot of folks have had with WD HD's in Macs. For the about the same price or maybe less, you can get a Maxtor too, of which numerous people here have noted absolutely NO problems (me 2!) I have 4 of the 7200 rpm DiamondMax Plus 20 GB's in my B&W G3 and they all run great, quiet and fast.
Also many people recommend the IBM deskstar drives too..... more $$$ but considerably faster and quieter that most other brands....

Yes it'll fit, but you'll be better of with a larger faster drive such as the IBM Deskstar 60GXP - its the successor to the 75GXP (someone oughta tell IBM how to count...), and is an awesome drive.

It will replace your old one (in case you didn't know).
I also agree that 20GB is quite small, but it depends on how you use it. If you're capturing video with it, then you'd want something much bigger. But 20GB should be fine for most uses...
