The pc can do it easily. This really annoys me. People were talking about figuring it out themselves, and I wondering how the projects are going.

The Radeon is not that much of an upgrade, 2d is actually slower. N'vidia is new, and they are going to make the geforce3 the biggest thing since sliced bread, and the geforce2 obsolete. Geforce 3 will cost an arm, a leg, and a bribe to get when we see these cards in numbers. See what position we are in?

ok, I get it, ain't going to happen.

at least will the GeForce3 for mac be overclockable?

I've OC'd a couple of CPU's but never tried to OC a GPU...
What benefit is there? faster framerates only?
I have a Radeon and an Orion in my DP and noticed very little difference in performance between the two until I loaded Myst III. It is so jerky on the Orion it is unplayable, but smooth as silk on the Radeon.
