Has anyone overclocked their G4 iMac's bus to 133MHz yet?

Surely!

how do you know it can even be done? I meen if apple diden't include any future plans to have the imac on a 133mhz buss I'm sure there are not resisters/jumpers to move.

I would guess that the new imac is perfectly capable of 133Mhz. Apple has to cripple these machines in some way so as not to compete with the desktops. It also gives them an "upgrade" path for next year.
