I have heard that it is possible to overclock a G4 733 QS to 867 mhz and that it is pretty stable. Where can i find instructions on doing so?

I OC'd a DP 533 to 600 by using solder bridges (small blob of solder) in place of the resistors. Ditto for my Ti 500->550.
Some guys use conductive paint instead of solder.

Does that mean that a conductive pen could do the job more securely and work?

If you don't know where to buy resistors (RadioShack) then you shouldn't be trying to overclock your machine.
